Project Finance

The role involves managing project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities. You will perform financial analysis, variance reporting, and project performance tracking to ensure accuracy and integrity of project financial data across reporting cycles. Additionally, you'll support the preparation of management reports and financial insights for decision-making and collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment between financial plans and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project finance using an integrated solution consisting of SAP S/4 HANA and MS Project, helping steer large projects and ensuring the achievement of the financial/commercial objectives.
• Act as a process expert and key user, providing input to process improvements and future enhancements of the implemented solution.
• Support continuous improvement and enhancement of the processes and underlying solution.
• Facilitate the support of deployments to newly added entities of the company.
• Guide users in Finance and other functions in applying best practices for project finance in their work.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Functional Consultant for Record-to-Report, especially in Project Finance, would be highly welcome.
