About
We are exploring AI-powered product experiences and implementation opportunities across enterprise service systems, covering high-frequency internal business scenarios such as procurement, travel, and workplace services. You will participate in AI product evaluation, competitor and user research, product solution design, and support the implementation and optimization of AI capabilities in real business workflows.

This role is ideal for students who are able to work on site in Dubai full time, or a minimum of 3 days per week and are interested in AI Agents, enterprise service products, Vibe Coding, and AI product evaluation, and who have hands-on capability as well as strong product thinking.

As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. Responsibilities

• AI Product Evaluation: Participate in evaluating enterprise service AI capabilities, including answer accuracy, task completion rate, usability, stability, and user experience. Design and maintain evaluation cases, prompts, test sets, and evaluation criteria. Analyze AI outputs, identify issue patterns, and propose optimization suggestions.
• AI Product Research: Research AI Agent products, enterprise service AI solutions, and intelligent product experiences in procurement, travel, and workplace service scenarios. Analyze competitors in terms of capabilities, interaction patterns, scenario coverage, user experience, and implementation approaches. Deliver structured research reports to support product planning and solution design.
• Product Design Support: Assist product managers in analyzing business processes, user needs, and AI implementation opportunities. Participate in AI feature design, including user journeys, functional logic, interaction flows, and evaluation metrics. Support the creation of PRDs, prototype descriptions, flowcharts, and evaluation reports.
• Hands-on AI Practice: Use AI tools to build prototypes, design prompts, validate workflows, or create lightweight demos based on business scenarios. Apply Vibe Coding to quickly validate product ideas and improve the efficiency of solution communication and verification.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Undergraduate in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Interaction Design, Product Design, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Available to start the internship immediately, ideally within one week.
• Strong interest in AI products, with a basic understanding of large language models, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and related concepts.
• Hands-on experience in AI product or interaction design, with the ability to design AI interactions, prompts, workflows, or prototypes based on specific scenarios.
• Experience with Vibe Coding or AI-assisted development; ability to use AI tools to quickly build demos, pages, workflows, or automation scripts is preferred.
• Experience in AI product evaluation, with an understanding of how to design test cases, evaluation metrics, comparative experiments, or issue attribution methods is preferred.
• Strong structured thinking, information research, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI Agents, intelligent customer service, internal enterprise Copilots, or workflow automation products.
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Cursor, Claude Code, Trae, Coze, Dify, and Feishu Bitable.
• Experience in product internships, AI application design, data analysis, user research, or technical projects.
• Ability to analyze AI product value from the perspectives of efficiency, user experience, compliance, and cost.
