Your work will encompass various Cybersecurity topics related to business value and organizational strategy. You will advise clients on identifying information assets, organizing lines of defense, analyzing security threats, implementing policies, transforming security cultures, assessing cyber resilience, estimating risks, and addressing many other critical aspects of Cybersecurity.

What You'll Do:
- Lead cross-functional teams in addressing clients’ most pressing Cybersecurity challenges across various industries, including technology, energy, financial services, healthcare, and consumer goods.
- Synthesize insights and coordinate the team’s analytical efforts to deliver impactful, innovative client solutions using BCG’s proprietary frameworks, digital tools, and methodologies.
- Establish trust with high-level clients by shaping and delivering compelling, data-driven narratives while setting ambitious Cybersecurity visions.
- Combine hands-on guidance with empowering team autonomy to manage end-to-end program delivery, ensuring quality while managing scope and timelines.
- Promote professional growth within your team by fostering an inclusive culture of mentorship, continuous learning, and feedback.
- Contribute to the development of Cybersecurity and IT Risk Management intellectual capital for publication and/or internal use.
What You'll Bring:
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, combining consulting and industry experience in Cybersecurity, including defining security strategies and implementing business-driven cybersecurity management solutions.
- Experience in establishing or strengthening security and risk management organizations or ecosystems, preferably with a focus on ICS/OT Cybersecurity.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Cybersecurity, Mathematics, Physics, or Systems Engineering is preferred.
- Relevant security qualifications or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, ISO27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, CISM, CRISC, CEH, ITIL) would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated project management and leadership skills, with a strong ability to prioritize and balance multiple project demands.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities for developing transformative solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to effectively engage and align cross-functional teams.
- A commitment to inclusivity, development of team members, and fostering a culture of mutual trust and respect.
Additional Information
