About the Job:

The company is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with 7–12 years of proven experience in delivering medium to large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will hold professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile/Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Managing cross-functional teams of 10–50+ members.
• Hands-on expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and scope control.
• Strong background in risk, issue, and dependency management utilizing structured frameworks.
• Managing vendor and third-party delivery teams, contracts, and SLAs.
• Driving projects using Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies.
• Engaging with stakeholders and communicating effectively across all levels, including executive leadership.
• Maintaining RAID logs, change requests, and governance documentation.
• Preparing and delivering weekly and monthly status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Familiarity with project and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, JIRA, Power BI, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
• Delivering projects in regulated or compliance-driven environments (e.g., banking, telecom, government, healthcare).
• Managing and tracking project financials, including forecasting, cost variance, and burn rate analysis.
• Supporting or working within a central PMO and following standardized methodologies.
