Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Project Management: Lead project coordination from requirements gathering through to execution and closure.
  • Structured Planning & Risk Mitigation: Develop and execute detailed project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines while identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Resource Coordination: Manage manpower, materials, and logistics to support each phase of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely resource availability and resolving bottlenecks.
  • Data-Driven Analysis & Retrospectives: Analyze project data and conduct retrospectives to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Issue Resolution & Process Improvement: Identify and resolve complex project issues with a systematic approach to enhance project efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in project coordination or program support, preferably in a manufacturing or tech environment.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
