Project Management Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the Project Management Office team in your area of responsibility. You will support project managers in defining, implementing, and applying project management policies and work instructions, as well as contributing to the definition and implementation of project execution strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer focus and deliver a superior Project Management experience, driving relentless improvement in customer satisfaction.
• Work with customers to identify opportunities for enhancing their operations and eliminating pain points.
• Oversee project management activities at the portfolio level through project reviews.
• Serve as an escalation point for project management issues and actively resolve them.
• Provide coaching and career development planning for team members.

Qualifications:

• Over 15 years of experience in project management, particularly with automation and electrical solutions in the Oil & Gas and Power & Water sectors.
• Experience with Onshore and Offshore Oil and Gas customers, especially ADNOC and GCC customers.
• Degree in Engineering with expertise in automation systems and/or process applications across relevant industries.
• Current certifications in Project Management, such as PMP or the company's PM/SPM Certifications.
• Proficient in English, with strong communication skills and a passion for customer collaboration and problem solving.
