Key Responsibilities:
- Drive projects to meet deadlines, quality specifications, and profitability goals.
- Lead customer interactions for the project.
- Ensure solutions are cost-effective, easy to operate, and provide value.
- Provide visibility of project progress and manage financial aspects, including costs and revenue.
- Manage project risks, change requests, and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders, including Solution Managers and Technical Leaders.
- Organize and lead bug reviews to prioritize fixes according to customer needs.
- Validate and maintain the Project Execution baseline throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct project kick-off meetings and reviews as defined in the Manage Project Process.
- Obtain customer acceptance of delivered solutions and manage project closure reviews.
- Collect lessons learned and prepare status reports for Senior Management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
- At least 5 years of experience in project management within software development or service operation industries.
- Certification in PMI/PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner.
- An Engineer or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
- Ability to learn product and service offerings, manage project scope and requirements, and use Microsoft Project.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities, team-building skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
