As a Project Manager, you will lead and manage medium to large scale projects within our dynamic PMO team. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager who has a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies with the ability to manage a diverse range of projects, working effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders for efficient project implementation.

As an integral member of the organisation, your role will encompass overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and driving the successful delivery of state-of-the-art software products whilst fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams. You will have strong people management skills and a demonstrated ability to develop and execute project plans that are in alignment with business objectives. Advanced knowledge of risk management, budgeting, scheduling, and the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and resolve conflicts effectively are essential.

The ideal candidate boasts a comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices, strong stakeholder management skills, and a clear understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on schedule and within budget. Familiarity with Change Management Methodologies would be advantageous.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the full lifecycle of multiple technology projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Maintain project plans, documentation, and project artefacts within Monday.com, ensuring compliance with the firm's project delivery framework and governance standards.
  • Partner with Portfolio Managers, Product Owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to manage project scope, priorities, dependencies, and delivery expectations.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, issues, budgets, and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and aligned with business objectives.
  • Facilitate project meetings, working groups, steering committees, and status reporting sessions to ensure effective project execution.
  • Facilitate retrospectives and apply learnings to improve processes.
  • Integrate change management best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build strong relationships with project sponsors, senior management, cross‑functional teams and other project stakeholders.
  • Communicate risks, opportunities, and changes clearly and proactively.
  • Support governance activities and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, including senior management, to drive decision-making, prioritise requirements, and secure project resources.
  • Drive the delivery of high-quality technology solutions and promote best practices in project management and change delivery.

EXPERIENCE
WHAT YOU BRING
In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Leadership, or a related discipline.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent change management qualification.
  • Extensive experience managing a diverse range of technology and software projects within complex business environments.
  • Proven experience delivering both internally developed and vendor-led technology solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working within a law firm or other professional services environment would be considered an asset.
