About the Job:
As a Project Manager at the company, you will take ownership of validating the projects' statement of work and contract terms with customers, serving as the lead contact for project initiation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, while conducting risk analysis and monitoring project progress against milestones and budgets.
- Leading the project team to ensure customer satisfaction and financial performance.
- Managing customer and third-party relationships within project scope and ensuring project execution aligns with contract terms.
- Monitoring, controlling, and reporting project execution status, progress, and KPIs to management.
- Driving all communication with the customer throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction.
- Engaging directly with internal manufacturing facilities and third-party vendors.
- Leading the project closeout process, including financial reconciliation, verification of job site equipment, installation, start-up, and training support.

Qualifications:
- Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering (MPA is preferred).
- PMP certificate.
- Very good communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of PMO tools (e.g., MS Project, ACONEX) and CPP process.
- Good knowledge of ERP (SAP) for financial controlling.
- Familiarity with the company products and services.
This position requires effective communication in English.
