Project Manager job in Dubai

Position

We are seeking a Project Manager with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in IT project management. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid, with preferred qualifications including PMP or PRINCE2 certification. Key responsibilities will include:

Independently manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Track and ensure adherence to project milestones and deliverables.
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
Conduct stakeholder communication and governance meetings.
Drive change management and adoption initiatives.
Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage vendor performance.
