Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple, related projects in a coordinated way, achieving benefits that could not occur if the projects were handled separately.
- Formulate project management budgets and plans keeping in view strategic, operational, and implementation costs and the annual improvement plans identified.
- Manage implementation of new outlets and refurbishing existing outlets including logistical/technical requirements (in coordination with procurement) to ensure all requirements are met to activate the outlet.
- Articulate long-term plans (3 year, 5 year plans etc.) related to General Projects and perform analysis to highlight these to senior management.
- Review and approve project design and tender documents including the scope of work, bill of quantities, contractual terms and conditions, Terms of Reference (TOR).
- Prepare feasibility plans, master plans, and budgets for assigned non-technical projects and ensure that the project implementation is in compliance with established budgets.
- Monitor project against schedules, budgets, and objectives, reporting status to management regularly.
- Evaluate bids received from vendors, participate in price negotiations, and participate in the vendor review and registration process.
Requirements:
- 6 - 8 years of experience in the project management area with experience in executing strategic responsibilities at technology/telecommunication industry.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Project Management.
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Project Management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Advanced proficiency in data collection and analysis.
- Intermediate proficiency in project management principles and processes.
- Advanced proficiency in planning and organizing work tasks.
