The company is seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of medium to large-scale GIS projects. In this role, you will ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with the company's policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, health and safety requirements, financial targets, and schedule commitments. You will be responsible for establishing the project execution approach, overseeing project handover, execution planning, and monitoring both internal and external resources to accomplish project goals.

Responsibilities:
- Execute projects in line with contract scope, schedule, and conditions.
- Review contracts and understand the terms, risks, and implications on performance and margin.
- Proactively plan, monitor, and control project activities, including project handover and execution planning.
- Develop project schedules and maintain project documentation as per ISO and internal process requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering and customers for timely approval of drawings and resolution of project-related issues.
- Act as the single point of contact for customers regarding project issues and ensure commitments are met.
- Prepare and submit project progress reports to customers as required.
- Evaluate and identify project risks and implement mitigating actions.
- Coordinate with customers for Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and other project logistics.
- Report project status to internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with management processes.
Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical engineering preferred.
- 7 to 12 years of relevant experience in project execution of GIS or substation projects, particularly in the design, supply, and installation of high voltage equipment.
- Experience working with customers in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to persuade stakeholders.
- Capable of working under pressure to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
