As part of TII’s Artificial Intelligence Research Center, the Extreme-Scale Language Model team is developing and implementing innovative deep learning technologies applicable to various fields, including Natural Language Processing and Perception and Vision. Following the development of the Falcon models, the team aims to advance further into cutting-edge applied research on large language models.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Identify, collect, and analyze customer needs to create a detailed Product Requirements Document.
- Propose, develop, and maintain a Product Roadmap and product strategy.
- Build a productization strategy for large language models (LLMs).
- Produce a productization plan, identifying and defining features and key elements.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and ensure timely product delivery.
- Identify internal/external stakeholders and manage prioritization.
- Analyze and review product requirements and specifications while developing a suitable test plan and quality program.
- Work closely with R&D to build the Proof of Concept.
- Drive product and business planning processes alongside R&D director and Lead PMO.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product management with a successful track record of launching and managing innovative solutions.
- Ability to lead the full product life cycle, directing productization and prioritizing features.
- In-depth understanding of Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience in market/customer analysis and understanding customer needs to build problem statements and feature requirements.
- Strong analytical skills to transform customer needs into clear product requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills conducive to effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in product design, engineering, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in software and tech development and product management.
