How You’ll Make An Impact:
- Lead the successful execution of High Voltage Orders booked in the KSA Domestic Sales Unit.
- Monitor and achieve important KPIs including Revenue, Cash Flow, Inventory, On-time Delivery, and Customer Satisfaction.
- Ensure all order execution activities align with Hitachi Energy policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety, environmental requirements, financial targets, and schedule commitments.
- Build strong relationships with customers to manage satisfaction through on-time execution of projects.
- Conduct project reviews with factory management to ensure contract fulfillment.
- Identify risks, negotiate, and resolve escalated issues raised by customers.
- Ensure adherence to good methodology and execution practices in accordance with internal standard procedures.
- Lead coordination for customer requests related to execution or additional sales.
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, or equivalent with a strong technical background.
- Experience in the High Voltage Industry is preferable, with exposure to Project Management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead teams and convince stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects on time, within budget, and with quality.
- Experience with SAP or another ERP platform is advantageous.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in project deliverables.
- Capability to develop work practices and implement lessons learned.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines; excellent collaboration with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, capable of identifying and mitigating risks and challenges.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
