About the Job:
The Project Manager will assist the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) in managing the business operations of the new under-construction portfolio. The manager will ensure that all daily operational activities run smoothly, supervise and provide advice to their team, and manage the ongoing development and enhancement of the MPM services. The aim is to deliver excellent customer service to existing clients and maximize business opportunities across the UAE.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide a high level of customer service and care.

Policies, Systems, Processes, and Procedures:

  • Analyze business processes and problems to develop solutions enhancing efficiency.
  • Conduct meetings with project parties and review all related project documents (design/tender documents and contracts).
  • Review and approve material submittals, progress payments, handover, financial settlements, time extensions, and variations.
  • Monitor the construction stage for all projects and report to top management on a weekly or monthly basis.
  • Manage the Architecture team and approve payments to service providers.
  • Ensure alignment of departmental goals with company goals.
  • Maintain high standards in report output and meet budgeted revenue for the business line.
  • Comply with turnaround times for all tasks.
  • Assist in monitoring and updating departmental policies, processes, and controls.
  • Support the development of new client relationships and manage business complaints to protect the MPM and its staff from liability.
  • Manage internal and external audit requirements.

Risk Management:

  • Monitor exposure to risk and compliance within the development advisory department.

Training:

  • In-house training will be provided.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required:

  • University Degree in Architectural Engineering.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D, 3D Max, Revit, and BIM Modelling.
  • Expertise in Design Proposals and Technical Solutions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Managerial and leadership competencies.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Team-building and project management abilities.
