How You’ll Make An Impact:
- Lead the successful execution of Grid Automation Orders booked in UAE.
- Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) including Revenue, Cash Flow, Inventory, On-time Delivery, and Customer Satisfaction.
- Ensure all order execution activities adhere to the company's policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety, and environmental requirements, as well as financial targets and schedule commitments.
- Build strong relationships with customers and manage customer satisfaction by ensuring on-time project execution.
- Conduct project reviews with factory management and factory Project Managers to ensure contract fulfillment.
- Identify risks, and negotiate, and resolve escalated issues, especially those raised by customers.
- Plan, monitor, and control project activities across scope, time, and cost parameters, coordinating with the Head of Project Management Team for regular project reviews.
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines while adhering to the company's core values of safety and integrity.
Your Background:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, or equivalent with a strong technical background.
- Minimum five years of experience in project management.
- PMP certification.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to lead teams and convince stakeholders in the interest of projects.
- Ability to work under pressure to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with quality.
- Experience with SAP or another ERP platform is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in project deliverables.
- Capability to develop work practices and implement lessons learned into processes.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and challenges.
- Experience in the company's products (IEDs & SCADAs) with exposure to Project Management in UAE is preferred.
- Experience with utilities is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
