Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (office presence required a minimum of 3 days per week)
Travel Requirement: Flexibility to travel across the MEA region, up to 25%
Your Role:
- Review existing and gather new customer requirements, translating them into technical solutions that address business issues.
- Ensure project delivery within time, cost, quality, and scope constraints.
- Assist in defining project success criteria and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility and desired quality.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation, coordinating internal resources to deliver customer outcomes.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track project status.
- Manage changes to the original project scope, timeline, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Develop and manage project dependencies, handling issues and risks effectively.
- Deliver project status reports and presentations promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers globally to enhance project management efficiency.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to support future account sales.
What You Will Bring:
- 6+ years of relevant experience in project management, with at least 2 years managing SDDC, Virtual IT infrastructure, cloud, hybrid, or hyper-converged technology.
- Knowledge in virtualization, data center, and hybrid cloud technologies.
- Excellent project planning and scheduling skills, with strong client-facing and internal communication abilities.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in documenting project plans using PM tools (e.g., MS Project, NetSuite, Google Docs).
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus, along with familiarity with Agile project management.
- Experience in internal customer relationship management is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic are required.
