Project Manager

You will lead high-impact projects that help customers transform their businesses through the company implementations and AI-enabled solutions. Your work will directly influence customer outcomes, technology adoption, and long-term partnerships across the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex projects spanning multiple business units, partners, and vendors.
• Shape customer engagements early by contributing to bid and proposal activities, defining delivery approach, governance, scope, and risk.
• Ensure alignment between customer business objectives and project outcomes, with a strong focus on AI adoption and value realization.
• Act as a trusted partner to customers, building sustainable, long-term relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to deliver quality outcomes in complex environments.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations, taking ownership of de-escalation and recovery activities when needed.
• Contribute to the evolution of delivery models and long-term concepts that strengthen how projects are executed regionally.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of project management experience delivering medium-scale, medium-risk projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional and distributed teams within a formal project management methodology.
• Hands-on experience managing full project lifecycle artifacts (e.g., project charter, plans, schedules, budgets, financials, and reporting).
• Strong capability in project financial management, including tracking actuals, forecasting, and communicating financial status.
• Proven experience managing scope, quality, issues, and risks to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Experience working within contractual delivery frameworks, including formal review and approval processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present delivery approaches clearly.
• Cultural awareness and experience working with customers and teams across different countries and nationalities.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
