Job Descriptions:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Main Tasks:
- Run projects, prepare project plans, and provide MIS reports to the PMO office.
- Liaise with cross-functional IT team members.
- Manage and mitigate project issues and risks.
- Manage project resources and team.
- Ensure availability of resources, meeting of timelines, and other project details.
- Align projects to and deliver against business objectives.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Perform stakeholder management across IT, business units, and vendors.
- Serve as the highest project internal escalation level.
- Take appropriate actions if deadlines, quality, or budget are significantly at risk.
- Build and develop a high-performing project team to deliver project results as per the business case.
- Follow IT processes as required by PMO standards.
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve common objectives.
- Ensure data confidentiality is maintained.
Job Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of tools and techniques for IT Project Management.
- Understanding various IT resources required for organizational functioning and project delivery.

- In-depth understanding of end-to-end IT Project Management.
- Planning, cost, and budget analysis.

Prior Work Experience Required:
- Minimum of 8 years as an IT Project Manager, preferably with exposure to the Banking/Financial industry.
- Overall experience of more than 14 years.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance/Banking industry is preferable.
- Demonstrated experience managing technology and business projects.
- Experience in delivering Waterfall and Hybrid Methodology projects.
Professional Certification Required:
- Certified Project Management (PMP/Prince2).
Tools:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and Project.
