Event Project Management:
- Prepare and communicate production schedules, project scopes, and individual responsibilities to team members and vendors.
- Secure necessary resources for project completion and maintain focus on client needs through regular communication and organized documentation.
- Monitor project scope throughout the planning process and make necessary adjustments.

Client and Team Leadership:
- Develop strong relationships with clients and provide outstanding customer service.
- Act as the project leader on-site, managing all phases of event execution and communicating client expectations to the event team.
- Mentor team members and improve local knowledge base and experience.

Financial Management:
- Assist in creating and managing the project budget, ensuring alignment with costs and timely completion of invoicing.
- Work with operations management to ensure prompt payment to external vendors.

- Complete post-event processes, including reporting and confirming accurate workforce hours.
Qualifications:
