  Event Project Management:

  • Prepare and communicate production schedules, project scopes, and individual responsibilities to team members and vendors.
  • Secure necessary resources for project completion and maintain focus on client needs through regular communication and organized documentation.
  • Monitor project scope throughout the planning process and make necessary adjustments.

• Client and Team Leadership:

  • Develop strong relationships with clients and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Act as the project leader on-site, managing all phases of event execution and communicating client expectations to the event team.
  • Mentor team members and improve local knowledge base and experience.

• Financial Management:

  • Assist in creating and managing the project budget, ensuring alignment with costs and timely completion of invoicing.
  • Work with operations management to ensure prompt payment to external vendors.

• Administrative Tasks:

  • Complete post-event processes, including reporting and confirming accurate workforce hours.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, particularly within the events industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial details effectively.
