This role presents an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia, focusing on a unique mixed-use development that includes sports facilities, entertainment, arts, and all associated infrastructure.

As the Project Manager, you will lead project delivery to meet time, cost, and quality targets. You will coordinate stakeholders to achieve objectives and KPIs while managing teams and ensuring fee expectations, risk mitigation, and change control are met—driving excellence through proactive leadership and collaboration.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Developing and controlling stockpile and mass-haul strategies, including geometry, stability, material classification, and logistics.
  • Managing end-to-end project delivery, including schedules, budgets, risks, governance, and quality.
  • Overseeing earthworks execution: excavation, haulage, placement, compaction, productivity, and fleet optimisation.
  • Providing technical leadership for overland conveyor systems, including design interfaces, installation, commissioning, and integration with stockpile operations.
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary teams, driving collaboration and KPIs, overseeing contractor performance, and ensuring health, safety, welfare (HSW), quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC), and reporting compliance.
  • Leading the project's HSW culture, ensuring compliance, well-being, inclusion, and empowered Stop Work authority.

You'll Need To Have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, mining engineering, geotechnical engineering, or a related discipline (master’s preferred).
  • Experience in large-scale earthworks, mining operations, bulk material handling, or mega infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with engineering software such as Civil 3D, GIS tools, mass-haul analysis tools, and conveyor performance software.
  • A drive for delivery and the ability to bring stakeholders together around a common vision.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across multiple departments.
