The company, a leading big data analytics company powered by Artificial Intelligence, is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Project Manager. This role will serve as the primary business contact between the company and its customers, supporting various initiatives through effective account management and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of projects and programs to clients.
- Utilize project management methodologies to establish timelines and milestones.
- Take ownership of customer retention and project management activities.
- Maintain high levels of operational performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Lead customer adoption processes, engaging clients in developing project guidelines and success measures.
- Address customer issues efficiently, following escalation procedures as needed.
- Design and develop presentations for stakeholders.
- Comply with organizational policies regarding Quality Health Safety and Environment (QHSE), information security, and risk management.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within an AI service organization or analytics platforms.
- PMP certification from PMI is required.
- Proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
