Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with all consultants to ensure a unified response to the developer’s vision, program, and standards.
  • Manage the approval process with government and utility authorities, assisted by the in-house Stakeholder & Approvals Coordinator.
  • Lead regular progress meetings with consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with procurement and development teams to align design outputs with budget, schedule, and phasing requirements.
  • Engage with the Delivery team to ensure alignment with deliverables and logistics plans.
  • Track project deliverables, submissions, and key milestones to report progress.
  • Support the Design Manager with value engineering and risk reviews.
  • Undertake other responsibilities as required by the position.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Must meet Parsons’ project management certification requirements.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to perform in a management role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
  • Familiarity with current technology and its application in projects.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in infrastructure design with a solid grasp of design principles and project management.
  • Proficient in creating PowerPoint presentations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.

Key Relationships:

  • Receive supervision from Regional Managers and Department Managers.
  • Supervise Project Engineers and project support staff.
  • Internal contacts include all project employees and various departments.
  • External contacts comprise clients, subconsultants, subcontractors, and government agencies.
