Project Manager

The company, a leading big data analytics company powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI), is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Project Manager. In this role, you will serve as the primary business contact between the company and its customers, supporting initiatives and customer requests through effective account management and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their requirements are met and the delivery is effective and timely.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders by understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
• Utilize project management methodologies to set expectations and manage project timelines.
• Take ownership of customer retention, sales, revenue generation, and project management activities.
• Lead the implementation journey to accelerate customer adoption of the company's solutions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies on Quality, Safety, Security, and Governance.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management and solution/product delivery in an AI service organization or analytics platforms.
• PMP certification from PMI is required.
• Previous experience in the IT or finance industry is a plus.
• Language Requirements: Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
