Project Manager

The company is a leader in the development of innovative secure communication products and solutions for governments and businesses. The Project Manager will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage project scope, budget and delivery timelines as well as resources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project charters, create project management plans, direct and manage project work, monitoring and controlling project work, and perform integrated change control.
• Manage the process of scope definition and change control, including estimating and negotiations of contract/scope variations.
• Provide the applicable project management KPIs to calculate relevant metrics, such as cost and schedule variance for EVM methodology.
• Ensure that projects are properly closed out by resolving all technical, commercial, and legal issues.
• Work with sales (on request) to ensure that project proposals are supported with proposal deliverables e.g. risk/opportunity, estimates, project plan, planning.
• Participate in the continuous improvement process with respect to project management procedures, guidelines, and tools highlighting any possible areas where improvements can be made.
• Ensure full compliance with all the company & the company processes and tools related to project management and all included subdomains.
• Estimate, budget, and control project costs in close alignment with the Functional Heads within Engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of 10 years proven experience as a Project Manager, managing projects from initiation to closure.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
