The Project Manager - Agile will drive agile best practices and support organizational agile transformation initiatives. The individual will facilitate agile ceremonies, mentor cross-functional teams, and ensure effective integration of agile methodologies into everyday processes.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide teams in the adoption and effective use of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Remove impediments and promote self-organization within teams.
- Collaborate with product owners to prioritize, refine, and manage the product backlog.
- Monitor team progress using agile metrics and report to stakeholders.
- Organize and lead agile training sessions and workshops.
- Foster transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams.
- Support and drive agile transformation initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strongly preferred certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
- Extensive knowledge of agile frameworks, principles, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency with agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Additional Requirements:
- Experience with enterprise-level agile transformations is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and agile practices.
- PMP certification is a plus.
