Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery.
- Define program scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria.
- Manage interdependencies across projects and workstreams.
- Track and control program schedule, budget, risks, and issues.
- Establish and maintain program governance, reporting, and communication.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and provide executive-level updates.
- Drive issue resolution, decision-making, and escalation management.
- Ensure alignment with organizational strategy and standards.
- Manage vendors and third-party partners as required.
- Support change management and adoption activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Program Manager delivering complex programs.
- Strong project and program governance expertise.
- Excellent stakeholder, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
Good to Have:
- Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated industries.
- Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery experience.
- PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or similar certifications.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of overall experience with 4+ years in program management roles (preferred).
