Project Manager - Agile Coach

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and deliver complex, multi-stream programs aligned with business objectives. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and governance skills to ensure successful execution across scope, schedule, budget, and quality. A robust background in Data and Analytics (D&A) is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery.
• Define program scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria.
• Manage interdependencies across projects and workstreams.
• Track and control program schedule, budget, risks, and issues.
• Establish and maintain program governance, reporting, and communication.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and provide executive-level updates.
• Drive issue resolution, decision-making, and escalation management.
• Ensure alignment with organizational strategy and standards.
• Manage vendors and third-party partners as required.
• Support change management and adoption activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Program Manager delivering complex programs.
• Strong project and program governance expertise.
• Excellent stakeholder, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities.

Good to Have:

• Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated industries.
• Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery experience.
• PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or similar certifications.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of overall experience with 4+ years in program management roles (preferred).
