About the Job
Role Purpose: Assist PMC to manage business operation of the new under-construction portfolio, ensure all daily operation activities are going smoothly, supervise and provide advice to his team, manage the on-going development and enhancement of the MPM advice and implementation service offering, with the aim to deliver and provide excellent customer service to existing clients and maximize business opportunities across UAE.

Key Accountabilities of the Role
General:

  • Provide a high level of customer service and care.

Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures:

  • Analyze business processes and problems to develop solutions that enhance efficiency.

PMC:

  • Conduct meetings with project parties.
  • Review all related project documents (design/tender documents and contracts).
  • Review & approve material submittals, progress payments/handover, financial settlements, time extensions, and variations.
  • Follow up the construction stage for all projects and report to top management on a weekly or monthly basis.
  • Manage the Architect team.
  • Review and approve payments to service providers.
  • Ensure department goals are aligned with company goals.
  • Ensure high standards of report output.
  • Work to meet the budgeted revenue of the business line.
  • Ensure turnaround times are met for all tasks.
  • Assist in monitoring and updating departmental policies, processes, and controls.
  • Assist in managing key clients and support the development of new client relationships.
  • Manage business complaints and implement safeguards to protect MPM and all staff against liability.
  • Manage internal/external audit requirements.

Risk:

  • Monitor exposure to risk and compliance of the respective development advisory department.

Requirements

  • University Degree – Bachelor of Architectural Engineering Degree.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D, 3D Max, Revit, and BIM Model.
  • Proficiency in Design Proposal and Technical Solutions.
  • Communication and Negotiation skills.
