Project Manager - AI

In this role, you will collaborate closely with a globally recognized leader in their industry, supporting their strategic initiatives through exceptional talent in AI project management. As a trusted IT consulting partner, the company is dedicated to driving business growth and transformation.

You will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of AI initiatives across the enterprise, bridging business, technology, and data teams to ensure the successful execution of AI solutions. Responsibilities include managing the full AI use-case lifecycle from discovery to deployment and benefits realization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define AI project scope, milestones, timelines, and delivery plans.
• Translate business priorities into structured AI delivery roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Manage end-to-end delivery: discovery, feasibility, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-implementation review.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (business, product, data science, engineering, architecture, security, risk, compliance).
• Facilitate workshops, solution walkthroughs, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder reviews.
• Oversee AI governance, risk assessments, security reviews, and privacy checks.
• Manage vendors, partners, SOWs, deliverables, and performance.
• Prepare executive dashboards, steering committee packs, and delivery health reports.
• Support business readiness, training, adoption, and benefits tracking.
• Enhance AI delivery playbooks, templates, governance workflows, and assurance practices.

Technical & Functional Skills:

• Strong understanding of AI delivery lifecycle and enterprise AI governance.
• Knowledge of predictive AI, generative AI, agentic AI, model lifecycles, and MLOps.
• Strong project management skills: planning, risk management, dependencies, change control, reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related fields.
• Preferred: Master’s degree + certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum/SAFe, AI/ML, cloud, data, risk, governance).

Experience:

• 8-12+ years in project management, technology delivery, digital transformation, data, or AI initiatives.
• 4+ years managing AI, analytics, automation, or data projects in complex environments.
