The company is looking for an exceptionally talented Project Manager in AI and Transportation Consultancy to lead innovative digital transformation within the mobility field.
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time at Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of an AI consultancy project focused on transportation, mobility, and digital transformation for a major regional client.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including AI experts, transportation specialists, digital and data consultants, and engineers.
- Maintain strong relationships as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee project governance activities and support stakeholder engagement.
- Identify and implement AI-enabled opportunities to improve transportation service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Manage the development of business cases and transformation roadmaps.
- Ensure successful adoption and measurable outcomes of digital and AI-enabled solutions.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Transportation, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience managing complex projects in transportation, infrastructure, or digital transformation.
- Proven experience in delivering multidisciplinary projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, and emerging digital technologies.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture, data governance, and business transformation principles.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent.
- Experience within the Middle East and on major transportation programs.
- Arabic language skills would be beneficial.
