Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time
Employment Duration: 1-year Fixed-term
Location: Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop project plans, manage schedules, and lead project execution to meet deadlines and budget.
- Risk & Scope Management: Identify and mitigate risks while managing project scope and implementing change control processes.
- Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex concepts into understandable terms.
- Resource & Budget Management: Oversee project budgets and coordinate resources for successful project execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
- 8+ years of experience in managing technology-focused projects, particularly in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI.
- Proven expertise in project management methodologies such as PMP or PRINCE2.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional financial acumen and experience managing project budgets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience with Agile teams.
- Understanding of the machine learning lifecycle (MLOps).
- Experience in a regulated industry with strict data governance requirements.
