Project Manager (ARLNG Project Department - YOC)

This role involves managing, supervising, and controlling the development and implementation of diverse major multi-disciplined engineering projects from initial inception to completion and handover, particularly related to new plants, facilities, and modifications to existing plant and systems. The Project Manager will ensure optimal and economic development of projects consistent with Shareholders' guidelines.

Key responsibilities include leading technical input into proposal and conceptual developments, coordinating design and materials specification, managing project consultants for effective site supervision, directing project management teams throughout all project phases, ensuring compliance with HSE guidelines, and engaging in meetings to establish future project requirements.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification, along with a minimum of 12 years of professional experience in Project Engineering/Execution in Oil & Gas projects, with at least 5 years in leadership roles with multi-disciplined staff and Consultants/Contractors. A thorough understanding of contracts, planning, budget/cost control, project management, and leadership skills is essential. Professional certification, such as PMP, is also required.
