Parsons is seeking a highly qualified Attractions Subject Matter Expert to support the planning, design, and delivery of world-class attractions for a luxury mountain destination in Saudi Arabia. This role will be part of the Program Management Consultant (PMC) team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise across a portfolio of various attractions, including Alpine Slides, Mountain Coasters, Aerial Adventure Courses, Skeet Shooting Ranges, Mega Ziplines, Mountain Swings, Wellness Centers, and Virtual Reality Experiences.
- Guide executive leadership on attraction strategies and ensure alignment with project experience objectives.
- Support the vendor vetting and selection process in collaboration with the Procurement Department and Project team.
- Confirm delivery approaches for projects, ensuring a smooth operational transition to selected operators.
Design Management:
- Act as the technical and operational SME for all attraction types throughout the design cycle.
- Collaborate with design consultants to ensure attractions align with guest experience, safety, and sustainability goals.
- Review design documents for buildability, cost efficiency, and operational readiness.
Integration & Delivery:
- Liaise with vendors, engineers, and PMC teams for seamless integration into project phasing and infrastructure plans.
- Coordinate with teams to avoid program conflicts and represent the attractions scope during workshops and stakeholder engagements.
Pre-Operations & Handover Preparation:
- Partner with attraction vendors to consolidate operational documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and emergency response plans.
- Develop training guidelines and contribute to commissioning and testing protocols.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, attractions management, leisure development, or related field.
- Minimum of 18 years of experience in the design, delivery, or operational planning of major outdoor attraction assets.
- Experience working with international design & build vendors on complex experiential attractions.
- Strong familiarity with project management processes, including vendor tendering and technical evaluation.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work with executive leadership to C-Suite level.
- Ability to work autonomously in a high-paced program environment, in both on-site and hybrid capacities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in outdoor adventure attractions, themed entertainment, or family entertainment centers.
- Understanding of guest journey design and user safety integration.
- Familiarity with specific safety standards for outdoor attractions.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is expected; other language skills may be beneficial.
