Project Manager - Automation

Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time
Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage warehousing automation projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Act as the primary liaison between various stakeholders, including technology teams and business units, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Ensure efficient running of day-to-day warehouse operations, including resource allocation and performance monitoring.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations and automation systems.
• Manage and mentor the automation team, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical) or in Supply Chain.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automation with a proven track record in implementing and managing systems within a warehousing/logistics environment.
• Prior experience in logistics or supply chain roles with hands-on involvement in warehouse operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
