Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying all phases, activities, and efforts needed to complete projects, ensuring delivery on schedule and within scope and budget.
- Performing resource planning to identify all necessary resources for successful project completion.
- Developing comprehensive project plans and establishing baselines to track progress.
- Managing project development throughout its life cycle, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
- Documenting project inter-dependencies and listing assumptions and constraints.
- Identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks throughout the lifecycle.
- Organizing workshops and developing communications methods.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Excellent understanding of project management principles and experience with planning, monitoring, and reporting within a large multi-faceted organization.
- Knowledge of different project delivery approaches, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Strong interpersonal, people management, and facilitation skills, with a proven ability to influence and secure buy-in from stakeholders.
- Experience managing complex change management programs and business transformation initiatives.

- Excellent communication abilities.
Language Requirements: Fluent in English preferred.
