Project Manager (Banking)

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong Agile experience to drive regulatory and new product implementation for Global Markets & Treasury projects. The candidate will be responsible for defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying all phases, activities, and efforts needed to complete projects, ensuring delivery on schedule and within scope and budget.
• Performing resource planning to identify all necessary resources for successful project completion.
• Developing comprehensive project plans and establishing baselines to track progress.
• Managing project development throughout its life cycle, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
• Documenting project inter-dependencies and listing assumptions and constraints.
• Identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Organizing workshops and developing communications methods.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Excellent understanding of project management principles and experience with planning, monitoring, and reporting within a large multi-faceted organization.
• Knowledge of different project delivery approaches, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong interpersonal, people management, and facilitation skills, with a proven ability to influence and secure buy-in from stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex change management programs and business transformation initiatives.

• Proficiency in Project Management methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.

Language Requirements: Fluent in English preferred.
