Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • 6–10 years of project management experience in banking, fintech, or IT services.
  • Strong knowledge of payment systems (cards, SWIFT, ACH, real-time payments, UPI equivalents).
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards in the GCC region.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, etc.).
  • PMP/Prince2/Agile certification preferred.
  • Experience working in multicultural environments and with international clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project execution for payments and banking product implementations.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and technical teams to translate functional needs into actionable plans.
  • Manage stakeholder communication across clients, compliance, and technology functions.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements in Bahrain and international markets.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
  • Drive process improvements and best practices in project governance.
