Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Reviewing the Customer Project Contractual, Technical, product Specification, and Standard requirements.
- Managing projects from Initiation, Planning, Execution to Control for Project Success.
- Overseeing project integration, scope, duration, cost, quality, human resources, communication, and procurement management processes throughout the project life cycle.
- Estimating and planning manpower and materials for entire projects, including project rolling forecasts.
- Scheduling projects and reporting on progress, including progress billing and contract claim management and customer meetings.
- Reporting daily to the Engineering Division Manager and/or Project Director.
- Reviewing Work Breakdown Structures, Bar chart Schedules, S-Curves, Manpower Histograms, and Resource Allocation.
- Guiding Lead Project Engineer and Lead System Engineer on technical and project-related issues.
- Reviewing Project Purchase Order Requests.
- Coordinating with vendors and subcontractors to address technical issues and meet delivery schedules.
- Preparing and reviewing Project Monthly Progress Reports and attending Customer Project Progress review meetings.
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress, including costing and coordination.
- Preparing Project Budgets and Cost Control Systems and arranging resources accordingly.
- Coordinating with Customer Project Managers/Engineers for various commercial and technical issues.
- Reviewing and approving Scope of Work deviations.
- Prioritizing project team activities based on customer and management requirements.
- Compiling and submitting Change Orders/Waivers/Concessions, and preparing Project Summaries and Risk Registers, updating them regularly.
- Managing resources as per the project schedule and milestones.
Qualification and Experience
- A Degree in an Engineering Field, preferably in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electrical.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Project Management and Execution.
- ISO 9001 Quality Management System Awareness.
- PMP Training and Certification is preferable.

- Skilled in generating strategies and implementation to improve project GP.
- Proficient in Project Design Engineering analysis and Improvement techniques.
- Expertise in developing execution strategies to enhance Project Planning, Productivity, and Product/Service Quality.

- Knowledge of IT basics and Microsoft Applications.
- Project Progress Reporting and Presentation skills.
- Competent in Project Management and Organizational Skills to handle multiple projects.
- Familiarity with Project and System Design Engineering Packages and related Software.
