Project Manager (Calypso)

We are seeking a Project Manager to drive regulatory and new product implementation for Global Markets & Treasury projects. The candidate will be responsible for defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.

Responsibilities:

• Identify all phases, activities, and efforts needed to complete the project successfully.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and approved budget.
• Perform resource planning to identify all resources required for project success.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and establish baselines to track progress.
• Create communication methodologies, frequency, and methods.
• Direct and manage the project development throughout its life cycle: initiation, planning, execution, closure.
• Track and manage defects and fixes as needed.
• Document all project inter-dependencies, assumptions, and constraints.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Organize workshops and manage attendee selection and materials.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential pain points, and devise and implement contingency plans.
• Identify lessons learned, best practices, and propose improvements to the project management process.
• Ensure compliance with Legal, Audit, Risk Management divisions, and regulations regarding electronic and mobile banking solutions.
• Lead daily/weekly stand-up meetings and Project Board/Steering Committee meetings.
• Ensure all team members have the required information, timesheets, and resources for effective task execution.

Role Specific Knowledge:

• Excellent understanding of Project Management, planning, monitoring, and reporting within a large multi-faceted organization with a proven track record of delivery.
• Familiarity with different project delivery approaches, including agile and waterfall.
• High attention to detail, organized, and structured way of thinking and delivering tasks.
• Strong interpersonal, people management, and facilitation skills, with the ability to secure buy-in and bind people to support project delivery.
• Experience in managing complex change management programs, business transformations, and strategy execution.
