  • Manage end-to-end delivery of client onboarding and connectivity implementations across the company's digital channels, including the company's net, Treasury API, Host-to-Host (H2H) and SwiftNet.
  • Own day-to-day project governance: maintain project plans, milestones, RAID (risks, actions, issues, dependencies), meeting cadence, and status reporting.
  • Drive delivery timelines to support efficient implementation and timely client go-live, escalating blockers early and coordinating resolution with relevant teams.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across GPS Product, Technology, Operations, Implementation teams, and Sales/Relationship Management to progress deliverables and manage dependencies.
  • Support client communication throughout the project lifecycle: organise working sessions, capture decisions/actions, and provide clear progress updates.

  • Clear communication skills with the ability to tailor updates to different audiences and work effectively across cultures and time zones.
  • Working knowledge (or strong interest) in payments/liquidity and digital connectivity concepts (API/H2H/SWIFT); familiarity with ISO 20022 is an advantage.
  • Practical problem-solving mindset with disciplined escalation and a focus on outcomes and client experience.
  • Fluent written and spoken English required; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit. If your university certificate is from outside the UAE, up-to-date attestations and equivalency are also mandatory (Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications Issued Outside The UAE).
