Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed GPU deployment project plans, schedules, resource plans, and budgets using the company standards and tools.
- Hold overall responsibility for the projects, including management of technical aspects (supply chain, engineering, operations, etc.).
- Manage day-to-day delivery of technical project tasks: schedule updates, milestones, RAID log, change requests, and vendor engagement activities.
- Coordinate the company project teams across Sales/Offtake, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations for timely deliverables.
- Lead regular project ceremonies and status updates, providing accurate technical progress and forecasts to the Regional Lead and PMO.
- Ensure adherence to security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements for AI and sovereign cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and mitigate future risks.
- Own inputs into the SteerCo reporting to support informed decision-making.
- Plan and oversee execution of testing and commissioning/handover to operations.
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to templates, playbooks, and accelerators for future deployments.
- Enable ways of working to support an environment of constant improvement.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of project management experience, preferably with direct experience in data centres and GPU deployments.
- Relevant technology roles experience with hands-on involvement in delivering impactful solutions.
- Familiarity with end-to-end solutions across technology domains, including SaaS platforms, ERP systems, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
- Preferred certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
