Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed GPU deployment project plans, schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
- Manage technical aspects of the project including supply chain, engineering, and operations.
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of project tasks including schedule updates, milestone tracking, and vendor engagement.
- Coordinate project teams across various functional areas to ensure timely deliverables.
- Lead project ceremonies and provide status updates to the Regional Lead and PMO.
- Ensure adherence to security and data privacy standards relevant to AI and sovereign cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
- Plan and oversee the execution of testing and commissioning/handover to operations.
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to the improvement of deployment processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Circa 10 years in project management, with at least 2 years specifically in data centre and/or GPU environments.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with end-to-end technology solutions, including SaaS, e-commerce, ERP, CRM, and cloud infrastructures (AWS/Azure).
- Communication Skills: Proficient in verbal and written communication, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
- Project Management Tools: Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications like Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and G42 Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
