Position Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Project Manager to collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) in managing strategic initiatives and driving key projects across the company. This role is ideal for an individual with over 4 years of experience in project management, eager to advance their career by engaging at an executive level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables aligned with the company's goals.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, dashboards, and budgets for timely project execution and delivery.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and recommend solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration and resource allocation.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status, key metrics, and challenges to the CPO and stakeholders.
- Organize and lead meetings to ensure milestones are achieved and actions are defined.
- Support the CPO with high-priority tasks and maintain project documentation, performing post-project analysis to identify improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Over 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
- PMP certification is mandatory for this position.
