Project Manager

About the Job:

The company, a leading big data analytics company powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI), is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Project Manager. This role serves as the primary business contact between the company and its customers, focusing on effective account management and initiating customer requests through proficient project and program management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure clear understanding of customer requirements and timely delivery of projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer relations, developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
• Utilize project management methodologies to set milestones and expectations for customer teams.
• Take ownership of customer retention and project management activities to drive sales and revenue generation.
• Maintain operational health of solution environments and ensure high levels of performance and security.
• Lead customer engagement throughout the project lifecycle, including adoption and implementation journeys.
• Manage project timelines, goals, and ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within an AI service organization or analytics platforms.
• PMP certification from PMI is mandatory.
• Previous experience in IT or finance is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
