Project Manager - Data & Analytics

We are currently looking for a Project Manager - Data & Analytics for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms & conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of project delivery, including planning, execution, and closure.
• Manage and engage multiple stakeholders across business units, IT teams, and external partners.
• Drive project governance through Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and progress tracking using JIRA.
• Facilitate Project Review Working Groups, ensuring timely updates, risk mitigation, and decision-making.
• Oversee vendor coordination and ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in managing large-scale Data and AI projects, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Strong technical understanding of data platforms, analytics frameworks, and AI-driven solutions.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Expertise in Agile project management, JIRA, and collaborative tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive cross-functional alignment.
• GCC or Qatar banking experience is highly desirable.
