The company is looking for a highly motivated and driven Project Manager for the Development Team. The Project Manager provides oversight to ensure execution excellence in the delivery of all phases of detailed design projects under their direction. Responsibilities include:
- Supervising the preparation, design, and presentation of high-quality urban design concept drawings and reports.
- Supervising the preparation of technical design packages through to tender and monitoring construction quality.
- Liaising with district Project Managers, Discipline Leads, internal and external team members including master planners, architects, urban designers, specialist designers, all engineering disciplines, and quantity surveyors.
- Planning, programming, and delegating within the team structure and participating in workflow reporting and planning.
- Maintaining high-level liaison with Clients and Client’s representatives.
- Participating in writing technical proposals, estimating levels of effort, work plans, and schedules as required.
- Maintaining affiliations with professional societies to stay updated on development trends and technologies.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in project management or architecture from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Project Management/design field showing increasing levels of responsibility.
- Experience managing groups for established Architecture/Engineering firms or on the client side.
- Experience dealing with GCC-based municipalities and developers.
- Proven leadership and delivery ability.
- Excellent English verbal and writing skills.
