Project Manager - Digital Assets

The role of Senior Project Manager focuses on digital assets, including payments and real-world tokenization, within a regulated environment. The core purpose is to lead the planning, governance, and execution of complex technology initiatives that bridge business and tech teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end project planning, delivery, and risk/dependency management
• Governance, executive reporting, and dashboard creation
• Development of polished presentations for senior leadership
• Cross-functional coordination involving compliance, legal, risk, operations, finance, and vendors
• Vendor and external partner management
• Financial tracking, documentation, and project controls

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 8–12+ years of project management experience in banking, financial services, or fintech (regulated)
• Strong project planning, RAID, dependency, and governance skills
• Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities
• Proven stakeholder management across business, tech, and control functions
