Project Manager (Digital Transformation and Strategy)

We are currently looking for a Project Manager (Digital Transformation and Strategy) for our Qatar operations. The role focuses on implementing a bank-wide project management philosophy by ensuring the consistent use of tools, processes, and methodologies across all functions. The Project Manager will define clear project objectives, monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues while ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational project planning and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee budgets, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Integrate industry best practices and work with the Change Management team to address potential challenges.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
• A Master's degree in Management or a related discipline is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing medium to large-scale projects, particularly within the banking industry.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
• Knowledge of up-to-date project management techniques and industry best practices.
