Project Manager

This role involves managing, supervising, and controlling the development and implementation of a diverse range of major multi-disciplined engineering projects from initial inception through to completion and handover, specifically relating to new plants, facilities, and modifications to existing plant and systems. The project manager will ensure optimal and economic development of projects consistent with Shareholders' guidelines.

Key responsibilities include leading and providing technical input into project proposals and conceptual developments, overseeing design and procurement processes, and managing the work of Project Management Consultants to ensure effective administration and supervision at the site. The role requires directing project management teams through all phases of execution from initiation to commissioning and start-up, while ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards and project objectives regarding time and cost.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent, along with at least 12 years of professional experience in Project Engineering/Execution within Oil & Gas projects, including 5 years of experience in leading multi-disciplined teams and consultants/contractors. A solid understanding of project management principles, contracts, planning, and budget control is essential, alongside strong leadership skills. A project management professional certification (PMP) is also required.
