Core Accountabilities

• Analyze project engineering requirements and support the assigned project for timely completion.
• Assist in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP).
• Support the Planning and Forecasting processes as well as variance analysis. Accumulate, analyze and report to management complete information regarding results of production.
• Coordinate with relevant functions for documentation review and approval of new and revised documents.
• Implement the project and configuration management policies and standards.
• Propose recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and their integration.
• Supervise any improvement project planning phase for estimating time requirements, establishing deadlines, monitoring milestone completion.
• Deliver projects to a high standard, using corporate/recognized project management standards.

Experience & Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• PMP Certification is preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in the related field.
• Configuration and Documentation management experience.

Key Skills

• Knowledge of Project Planning, costing and reporting.
• Knowledge of CAE tools and advanced planning tactics.
• Risk management.
