Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Define objectives, scope, deliverables, timeline, and resource requirements. Develop detailed project plans.
  • Budget Management: Prepare budgets, monitor expenditures, report on variances, and implement corrective measures.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate disruptions.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
  • Time Management: Monitor schedules to ensure milestones are met and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Quality Control: Ensure deliverables meet standards; conduct quality reviews.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage internal and external resources effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify issues and implement solutions; facilitate resolution among teams.
  • Project Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, particularly in technical or defense-related industries.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and influence without authority.
  • Familiarity with procurement and contract management processes.

Language Requirements:

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
